Andrew Kovalcin's Bio:

Andrew Kovalcin currently serves as the Senior Director of Stakeholder Advocacy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Global Intellectual Property Center. He brings a diverse set of skills and experience from his work in managing coalitions, building strategic alliances and designing and implementing issue advocacy campaigns. Andrew has experience in the telecommunication, healthcare and intellectual property sectors and engaging third party voices, grassroots and academics to educate policy makers on state and federal legislation. Andrew has worked at the Republican National Committee and served as a staff member in the office of U.S. Representative Ginny Brown-Waite (R-FL) and most recently at DCI Group. Previously, he established the North Carolina chapter of Protect Your Healthcare, a national healthcare coalition promoting consumer protections, and managed a North Carolina State House campaign. Andrew graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with an interdisciplinary concentration in International Relations.
